Terms of service
Last updated 6 October 2026
These terms apply when you use Vitaleety. By creating an account you agree to them, so please read them carefully.
Not medical advice
Vitaleety and Vyta give general nutrition information. They don't diagnose, treat or replace your doctor, dietitian or other health professional. Nutrition values are estimates. If you have a health condition, are pregnant, or take medication such as insulin, check your plan with a health professional before making changes, and don't ignore or delay professional advice because of something you read in Vitaleety.
Your account
- You must be 18 or older to use Vitaleety.
- Keep your password safe. You're responsible for what happens under your account.
- Give accurate information about yourself; your plan depends on it.
Free and Premium plans
The free plan includes meal planning, a shopping list, tracking, and 5 questions a day to Vyta. Premium costs ₦4,500/month, is billed monthly through Paystack, and renews automatically until you cancel. Cancelling stops the next renewal; you keep Premium until the end of the period you've paid for. We may change prices, and we'll tell you before a change affects your subscription.
Grocery orders
Grocery delivery is coming soon. When it launches, prices and delivery areas will be shown at checkout, and orders will be paid in advance through Paystack. If we can't fulfil an order, we'll cancel it and refund what you paid.
Acceptable use
Don't misuse Vitaleety: no attempts to break or overload it, access other people's data, or use it for anything unlawful. We may suspend accounts that do.
Our responsibility
We work hard to keep Vitaleety accurate and available, but it's provided as is, and we can't guarantee it will always be error-free. To the extent the law allows, we aren't liable for indirect losses or for decisions you make about your health based on the app. Nothing in these terms limits rights you have under Nigerian consumer protection law.
Ending your account
You can delete your account at any time from Profile & settings. Our privacy policy explains what happens to your data.
Changes and contact
We may update these terms. If a change matters, we'll tell you before it takes effect. These terms are governed by the laws of the Federal Republic of Nigeria. Questions? contact us using the details on our website.
